Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Reverist application. By creating an account you accept them.
Who we are
Reverist is published by Neuravoid, a French société par actions simplifiée whose registered office is at 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: support@reverist.app.
What the service does
Reverist records a spoken dream, transcribes it, produces a written reflection on it, and generates an image inspired by it. It keeps the result in a private journal and surfaces recurring motifs over time.
What it is not
Reverist is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, not therapy, and not a prediction of anything. The reflections it produces are generated automatically and are offered as material for your own thinking, nothing more. They are not the advice of a doctor, a psychologist or any other professional. If you are in distress, contact a health professional or your local emergency service.
Eligibility
You must be at least sixteen years old to use Reverist. Your account is personal. Do not share your credentials or let someone else use your account.
Free use and subscriptions
New accounts include a small number of free dream analyses. Beyond that, Reverist is sold as an auto-renewing subscription on two levels, Classic and Clarity, each available monthly or yearly.
- Payment is taken by Apple through your App Store account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least twenty-four hours before it ends.
- Prices are shown in the app in your local currency, taxes included where applicable. We may change prices for future periods, and you will be told in advance as the store requires.
- You cancel in your device settings, under your name, in the Subscriptions section. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are granted by Apple under its own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.
Your content
Your dreams, recordings and everything derived from them belong to you. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you, that is to store your content, transmit it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, process it in order to return a transcription, a reflection and an image, and display it back to you. We claim no ownership and we do not use your content to train models.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reverist to break the law, to upload content belonging to somebody else, to attack or overload the service, to reverse engineer it, or to resell access to it. We may suspend an account that does any of these.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider failures and events outside our control may interrupt it. Automated generation can fail or return an unsatisfying result, which is inherent to the technology and does not by itself entitle you to compensation.
Our liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability toward you is limited to the amount you paid us over the twelve months preceding the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending the relationship
You may stop at any time by deleting your account in the app settings. We may terminate or suspend access if you seriously breach these terms, or if we stop operating the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and the means to export your journal.
Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Reverist after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts of Paris, France.
