About billing.
How do I cancel?
In your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Reverist. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I switch between Classic and Clarity?
Yes, from the same Subscriptions screen. Both live in one group, so upgrading takes effect immediately and downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are decided by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.
What happens to my dreams if I stop paying?
They stay in your vault and you can still read and export them. You just cannot analyse new ones beyond the free allowance.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet. A dream journal is a personal thing, and we would rather keep it that way for now.
